Only the body can heal itself and the tools that help it most are those things it is designed to need for health and repair – nutrients. Samuel Hahnemann referred to ‘maintaining causes’ and ‘obstacles to cure’. Lack of essential nutrients is one of the most common prevailing and maintaining causes in acute-recurrent and chronic (degenerative) disease and one of the most preventable. There is the prevailing widespread nutrient depletion in the soils of the world. Population studies identify that the more prevalent the incidence of nutrient depletion the more frequent the incidence of chronic degenerative disease.

But not everything is subsequently excreted.
